STILLMAN COLLEGE AWARDED $600,000 GRANT
|
|
|
WASHINGTON – Stillman College has been awarded a grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for $600,000. The award is part of the Historically Black Colleges and Universities program.
“This award is important for the continuing development and expansion of the Stillman College community. These funds can be used for neighborhood revitalization and economic development, among other locality needs,” Congressman Spencer Bachus said.
Stillman College received the maximum award granted under the HBCU program.
